Pediatric Advanced Life Support

The Pediatric Advanced Life Support Course is a valuable learning experience for pre-hospital personnel, critical care and emergency health care workers who care for the pediatric population. The course is administered through the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia and we are one of many centres across North America who facilitate the PALS Course. Paramedics, Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, and Physicians benefit from the PALS experience. We recommend that you have 2 years experience working with the pediatric population before taking PALS. Once you become a PALS Provider, we offer PALS Re-registration courses, these are recommended every 2 years.
